First track from St. Digue out now!

We are extremely excited to present the first track from the upcoming St. Digue album "Secret Language".

About the track:

"Relapse" deals with how when people enter new relationships, particularly romantic ones, we tend to bring a lot of baggage with us. The way we were treated in past relationships can still affect us years later, and because of that we try the best we can to protect ourselves from getting hurt again - And without realizing it, we create a barrier that might hurt the other person. The actions of the other person can unintentionally trigger your fight or flight response, which creates a toxic dynamic where you also unintentionally project your past suffering onto that person. This dynamic can be hard to get out of and creates a routine of constant conflict, resentment and distancing, thus constantly making us relapse into the worst version of yourself.
